Exchange Policy
We only offer exchange in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item

Exchange Conditions:

• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear unboxing video and photos as proof
• Product must be unused and in original packaging

Important Notes:

• Slight color difference due to lighting or screen settings is not considered a defect
• As these are handmade products, minor imperfections are part of the design
