At TAHERA, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care. We want you to love your purchase, but if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.


📅 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required and a video of unboxing is mandatory.


💰 Refund Process

Refunds are processed only for damaged or defective products received.

Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


🔄 Exchange Process

Exchanges are possible for a different design of the same or higher value (price difference to be paid).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be shipped within 2–3 business days.
