All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 3–5 business days to craft before dispatch.

We ship via trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery.

We currently ship Pan-India.

Standard shipping is FREE on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied.

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Locations: 5–7 business days

Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

(Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to festive rush or unavoidable courier delays.)
