Yes! Every piece at TAHERA is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Gujarat-India, using high-quality materials and traditional techniques.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across most pin codes in India. You can check availability at checkout.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?

4. Are your products hypoallergenic?
We use skin-friendly materials for our jewelry. However, if you have extremely sensitive skin, we recommend checking product details before purchase.
5. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! All orders come in beautiful TAHERA-branded packaging, perfect for gifting. You can also request a personalized note during checkout.
6. Can I customize a design?
We accept customization requests. Contact us via email or WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.
7. What if I receive a damaged product?
We’re so sorry! Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
8. Can I exchange an item for a different design?
Yes, as long as it meets our Return & Exchange Policy conditions and is not from the non-returnable category (like earrings or custom-made items).
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be announced soon!
